CASB Integrations

CASB integrations connect Studio to cloud applications and SaaS platforms so posture and compliance signals can be reviewed in one place.

What CASB Is For

Use CASB to register SaaS integrations, sync posture data, review integration-specific findings, connect SaaS risk to compliance projects, and track cloud application configuration issues.

Integration Workflow

  1. Open CASB.
  2. Select Add Integration.
  3. Choose the provider or integration type.
  4. Enter required credentials, tokens, tenant IDs, or connection details.
  5. Save the integration.
  6. Trigger a sync.
  7. Open the integration detail page to review synchronized data.
  8. Route relevant findings into risk, reports, or project workflows.

Credential Guidance

  • Use least-privilege service accounts.
  • Avoid personal user credentials where possible.
  • Rotate tokens according to policy.
  • Store only credentials required for sync.
  • Disable integrations that are no longer used.

Sync Review

After each sync, review connection status, last successful sync time, new findings, high-risk configuration issues, and data freshness before using results in reports.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to check
Sync fails Credential validity, network access, provider permissions
Missing data Provider scopes, tenant selection, sync status
Duplicate findings Integration identity, provider resource IDs, previous imports
Stale posture Last sync time, worker status, provider API limits
