Welcome to Studio Platform! This guide will help you get up and running quickly, from your first login to completing your first compliance assessment.

Account Setup

1. Initial Login

  1. Navigate to Platform
  2. Open your web browser
  3. Go to your Studio Platform URL (e.g., https://your-company.studio.com)
  4. Bookmark the page for easy access

  5. Enter Credentials

  6. Email: Your work email address
  7. Password: Provided by your administrator
  8. Click "Sign In"

  9. Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)

  10. Enter the code from your authenticator app
  11. Or use SMS verification
  12. Click "Verify"

Required Information: - Full Name - Your legal name for reports - Job Title - Your role in the organization - Department - Your team or business unit - Phone Number - For urgent notifications

Security Setup

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Access Security Settings
  2. Click your profile icon (top right)
  3. Select "Security"
  4. Click "Enable 2FA"

  5. Configure Authenticator

Creating Your First Compliance Project

Step 1: Initiate Project

  1. Click "Create Project" (Dashboard or Projects page)
  2. Project Details
  3. Project Name - Descriptive title (e.g., "Q4 2024 SOC 2 Assessment")

  5. Framework - Choose compliance framework(s)
  6. Timeline - Start and end dates

  2. Drag and drop files onto upload area
  3. Or click "Browse Files" to select from computer
  4. Multiple files can be uploaded at once

  5. Add Metadata

  6. Title - Descriptive document title
  7. Description - What the evidence proves
